Job: AEC Sr. Configuration Manager

Jobing Description

1. Develop and implement control processes for all incoming customer documents, drawings and data.
2. Ensure that all web-based documents and data are updated and maintained to most current revision.
3. Work with functional leads throughout the organization to insure the consistent identification, storage, and retrieval of AEC-generated documentation and data.
4. Support configuration management and version control using existing software tools (SAP, MS SharePoint).
5. Provide Configuration, Change, and Document Management guidance and support during PLM system implementation.
6. Provide CM leadership and oversight for existing personnel, including training and continuous improvement.
7. Define and implement standards for maintaining and improving Master Data within SAP environment.
8. Assist with SAP Master Data entry, updates and status across the full SAP system environment.

Required Experience

*
Bachelor s degree in technical field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

*
5+ years experience in quality/manufacturing industry using MRP/ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

*
Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Systems and ISO 10007 Configuration Management requirements.

*
Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.

*
Functional understanding of CRB/CCB and PLM processes.
