Automated Testing Supervisor
Department: Laboratory
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 40 hrs/week primarily dayshift w/regular rotation to wkends
Job Details:
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Lab Technical Operations Manager, the Supervisor coordinates the operation of the Hematology and Chemistry testing including staff selection, orientation, training and daily direction of staff and is an active participant on the Lab Management Team.
Requirements: Four years of formal training or education beyond High School ie Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college or university in Medical Technology, or related scientific field or equivalent education. Must have a minimum of 4 years of clinical lab technical experience.
Certification requirements: MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) CM or equivalent.
Highly Desired: Lab supervisory experience.
