Job Summary:
Must have documented proven success in sales and be interested in developing a career within the employee benefits or commercial insurance field. Must be able to think quickly and improvise in a variety of different situations. Must be a self starter with the ability to create, develop and break relationships. PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. Our most successful producers have a background in a variety of high activity sales positions.
Required Competencies:
Bachelor's degree is preferred Company information: Brown & Brown offers a guaranteed salary to new producers as they develop and build a book of business. Salary is negotiable depending upon prior experience. We offer salary + 401k + stock plan, in addition to medical and dental benefits.
Salary Range: Negotiable; Depending on Experience
