Job Description:
The Business Analyst will provide analytical and program support to the Risk Management team within the Human Resources Department. The team is accountable for the execution of safe practices and risk programs enterprise-wide. This position, reporting directly to the VP of Risk Management will assist with organizational design initiatives and provide program support, as needed, to the training & recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
* Research Identify and discover requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, web, task and workflow analyses, etc.
* Analysis - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. Must be an expert in data analysis and MS Excel software.
* Report Preparation & Presentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts. Must be highly-proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Crystal Enterprise.
* Assistance - Perform other duties as assigned such as assisting the Risk Management Team on projects & programs.

Qualifications:
* Associates Degree or higher preferred
* 2+ years experience in an analytical role
* Acute attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact with all levels of the organization
* Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data. Adept at researching external market information from a variety of sources.
* Passion for data mining techniques to address business issues is essential.
* Experience with Research & Analysis, Human Resources, Finance and/or Distribution preferred
* MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio. Crystal Enterprise required. Working knowledge of HRIS databases preferred
