Job: Business Development Manager For Naval Electronics

Business Development opportunity focused on NAVAL electronics. Individual will join an existing team that will focus on growing our existing NAVAL Electronics business. Currently we are looking at growth opportunities via: organic growth by leveraging our existing business/customer relationships, establishing a strategic growth program and potentially a merger/acquisition. The candidate we are looking for will know the NAVY and their CONOPS helping us and our customers solve their problems.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Experience: 15+ years

Required Skills:
Understanding of DoD market with an emphasis on NAVY. Skill set to include excellent: communications, team player, customer relationships, NAVAL Electronics market understanding and where it is heading, able to create new opportunities as well as work the system/process of programs of record.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in engineering, service and program management a plus
