Responsibilities
Candidate will report directly to the President and General Manager of the New England Region. This position is located only in Hooksett New Hampshire with 30-40% travel, regionally. This is not a WAH position.

Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple Accountable Care Organization Projects across multiple States within the New England Region (Connecticut thru Maine). Projects will range from Start Up opportunities through Maturity and beyond, with responsibilities crossing the Matrix of the Organization.
Qualifications
Candidate must exhibit strong organizational skills with prior experience in Project Management in a Matrix organizational structure. Prior working knowledge of Provider Relations, Data Sourcing and Senior Management level interaction are critical success components of the position. Position requires overnight travel within the Region.

Cross Functional interaction will reside in the following Major Areas:
1) Health Plan Product Development and Distribution
2) Provider Network and Operations
3) Hospital and Physician Leadership/Population Health Management
4) Claim Data Sourcing and Analysis
5) External Vendor Relationships
