The organization was founded as a not-for-profit group practice integrating clinical and hospital care with research and physician education. In addition , we see patients at 14 family health and ambulatory surgery centers in surrounding communities.
Position Requirements:
? Ten years of business experience with at least three years of experience managing or leading teams or a department.
? Proficiency in problem solving, data collection and analysis, metric development, and process mapping.
? Must have BA/BS.
? Green Belt, Shingo Bronze, PMP, or similar work experience required.
? Ability to implement business management tools at all levels of the organization and management one to two implementations at once for various areas.
? Ability to leverage inter-Institute/hospital relationships, resources, and goals.
In addition the following experience is preferred:
? A Master?s degree
