Description
The organization was founded as a not-for-profit group practice integrating clinical and hospital care with research and physician education. In addition , we see patients at 14 family health and ambulatory surgery centers in surrounding communities.
Position Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree.
? Green Belt, Shingo Bronze, PMP or similar work experience required
? The candidate must have a minimum of ten years of business with at least three years of experience managing or leading teams or a department.
? Must have experience leading teams or departments.
? We seek an individual who has proficiency in problem solving, data collection and analysis, metric development, and process mapping.
? Must have the ability to implement business management tools at all levels of the organization and manage one-to-two implementations at once for various areas.
? Ability to leverage inter-Institute/hospital relationships, resources, and goals.
In addition, the following experience is preferred:
? A Master?s degree.
