Job: Director Individual Giving

Jobing Description

To plan and manage endeavors to secure significant financial support, from individuals for DH and Dartmouth Medical School, including capital campaign activities. The Individual Giving Program at DH/DMS focuses primarily on donors who are capable of making gifts of $100,000 and above, and for all gift planning activity.
Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Problem-solving ability, teamwork, strong commitment to the non-profit sector.
Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
Minimum Experience: Eight to ten years fundraising or related experience, preferably in an academic or healthcare setting.
Successful capital and major gift experience.
Significant management and supervisory experience in a complex, multi-layered organization.
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree or combination of education and experience.
Graduate degree preferred.
FLSA: Exempt
