Responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve the goals and objectives of education alliances (partnerships and sponsorships). As a member of the Autodesk Education Team, works with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive focused and efficient efforts; to share best practice; and to communicate successful results. Job Title and Number: Education Alliances Program Manager/#11000001CA
Location: Open to various locations near an ADSK US office site.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement alliance program plans in line with established strategies and measures of success
* Manage planning and implementation of one or more alliance program events
* Maintain regular dialogue with partners to track progress against plan and provide quarterly updates
* Play an integral role in analysis of existing alliances and exploration/validation of potential partnerships & sponsorships
* Work closely with stakeholders across the extended Education team to share information, optimize resource utilization, and drive successful program execution
* Manage operational/infrastructure processes related to building and maintaining education alliances (e.g. agreement review, budget tracking, presence on the Community)
* Provide content and support for global marketing campaigns, communications and events
* Contribute to team planning and ongoing monitoring of team plan and budget
Requirements/Desired Knowledge & Skills:
* 5-8 years of business relationship, alliances, partnership/sponsorship management experience
* Experience in Education or related non-profit market preferred
* Demonstrated success in developing partner/sponsor plans including metrics, budget, milestones, and implementation direction
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Ability to forge effective professional relationships - internally and externally - across teams and geographies
* Strong project management skills with ability to build consensus as well as drive decisions
* Excellent and mature communications skills
* Ability to work with diverse professionals in terms of level, Geo and styles
* Collaborative team player, with a proven record of high-ethic/high-performance
