The THAAD Training and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Developer/Senior Field Engineer will be assigned to support the customer training requirements in Huntsville, Al. Will be required to perform technical writing tasks, task analysis, analyze engineer drawings, and develop procedures for Operator/Maintainers for the THAAD Components. Candidate must be able to streamline raw data into storyboarding for training courseware utilizing PowerPoint and/or Microsoft Word programs. Successful Candidate will perform data collection tasks within the ILS community to support the development of courseware. Will assist and support trainer/developer team members at other THAAD Training locations to include Ft. Bliss, (El Paso), TX, and other locations as required by the THAAD Program. An Active Secret Security Clearance is Required. Business Travel approx 30%.

Required Education:
Bachelors and 4+ year(s) related experience or High School and 8+ year(s) related experience

Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology, Engineering or a related major or equivalent experience.

Required Skills:
1. Bachelors Degree in a technical field or equivalent years related work experience in lieu of degree. 2. 4-6 years experience in TRADOC web based training development, instruction and operator/maintainer task generation. 3. Active Secret Clearance. 4. Excellent communication skills and experience working with US Army military and government customer personnel at all levels. 5. Customer oriented with effective oral/written communication skills. 6. Valid US Passport or eligible to obtain Passport

Preferred Skills:
1. Authorware experience or other DoD approved course development software. 2. Instructional Classroom XXI experience. 3. Ability to quickly master new technical and training applications. 4. Experience with computers or computer based training tools. 5. THAAD Training/Operational experience 6. Patriot Training/Operational experience
