Job Details:
Responsibilities: Performs a variety of customer service and clerical duties involved with responding to client issues arising on a daily basis.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a laboratory or healthcare related position and possess excellent customer service and telephone skills and have the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner and provide detailed information in a customer focused manner. Computer skills required.
Highly Desired: Additional education or training in client relations and/or communications desirable.
