Cap World is looking for a hardworking, punctual and reliable professional laborer with a stable work history. This energetic individual must like to work almost entirely outdoors, as the position may require continuous climbing, lifting and bending. The ideal candidate must also have a willingness to be a team player and learn new responsibilities. This position provides a great work environment as well as the opportunity for career advancement. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Maintaining the store showroom, cap yard and installation shop. This responsibility includes daily cleaning to ensure all areas are free of potential safety hazards.
* Mowing, organizing, assisting with truck accessory installations, and painting as needed
* Complying with all company policies, instructions and directives
* Ensuring all product on the store lot is locked and secured at closing everyday
