Job Details: JOB SUMMARY: Performs assigned preventive maintenance tests, inspections and on-site repairs when appropriate. Reports problems or potential problems to the Director. Responds in a timely manner to daily repair requests and assigned work order requests. Able to lift at least 70 lbs. and remain standing for long periods of time. Responsible for carrying out hospital vehicle maintenance, follows department Policies and Procedures. REQUIREMENTS: One year of experience in maintenance work and building trades in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting.
