Jobing Description
* B.S. / B.A. degree in Business, Marketing or related fields required
* 2 - 3 years of field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries
* Basic knowledge of retail initiatives, preferably in the Independent Channel
* Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet).
* Experience in analyzing information and making information based recommendations
* Ability and experience to put together creative, custom programming for large Independent account base to help grow A-B sales and share
* Effective Communication/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
* Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and Wholesaler Equity Agreement.
Primary Responsibilities
* Frontline sales responsibility for called on accounts. Provide total account management; sell-in national and channel specific core programs and brand promotions.
* Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated resource budget and KPI's, and ensure sales targets are achieved
* Direct and manage space management priorities to gain fair share of cooler in accounts
* Utilize sales tools (SMART, Siebel, WEConnect, IRI, WEARs, Shelf Set, etc.) to effectively communicate with retailers and wholesalers
* Maintain high level of interaction and communication with retailers, wholesalers and field team to accomplish region and channel objectives and KPI's.
