Position Description

Plans and prepares machining of mold through the interpretation of blue prints, instructions, sketches and/or studying actual part.

Position Requirements

Ability to build a mold
Strong CAD programming skills
Strong math skills including basic trigonometry
Advanced knowledge of measuring instruments
Strong understanding and application of machining practices
Able to understand & operate a P.C.
Thorough understanding of moldmaking processes and principles
General knowledge and understanding of molding.
Ability to run all machines in shop
Knowledge of standard design practice for Tooling and Molds
