Position Requirements:

? Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree.

? Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

? Must have Project Management experience, preferably within complex, multi-departmental systems.

? Must possess subject matter expertise and implementation experience in Lean. Must have prior experience in a Lean Six Sigma environment with a demonstrated history of results which would include completed projects with significant cost savings.

? The ideal candidate will also have 3-5 years of operational management experience.

? Strong analytical and financial experience.

? Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

? The candidate must be computer literate and have experience using analytical applications and Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Experience

? Management consulting experience.

? Epic/EMR experience preferred

? Black Belt preferred

? RN Clinical experience preferred

? Master's degree preferred
