Liberty Mutual Information Technology is actively searching for an experienced Systems Analyst who can effectively act as a project architect and contribute to architectural decisions. In this position you will transform client requests into detailed system specifications, model system solutions for a project according to architecture, technology and standards. You will also develop system testing strategies, plans, cases, and conditions; test and monitor testing efforts. You will be responsible for functional and system testing and applying software standards and quality assurance principles.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinates upgrades and rollouts including implementation, training and monitoring of system performance
* Analyzes technical problems; designs and implements effective solutions
* Participates in the evaluation of business requirements; participates in modeling data and/or system requirements
* Creates system, technical and product standards and procedures
* May lead projects or subprojects
* Facilitates project inspections and communicates the inspection results

Qualifications:

* Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
* Proven related professional experience
* Knowledge of architectures and technical standards
* Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies, design and development tools
* Knowledge of business functions and business operations
* Strong facilitation and consensus building skills; presentation and communication skills
