Position: Quality Manager
Location: Nashua, NH
Compensation: $75,000 - $88,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation +++
Responsibilities:
Sets frontline performance standards providing coaching and feedback to build capability.
Investigates and drives solutions to customer complaints.
Measures effectiveness of corrective actions.
Understands and trains others in product characteristics, attributes and Quality Control testing procedures Identifies
trends, positive and negative, of critical product properties.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of production equipment (processing and packaging equipment) and its' related
impact on overall quality.
Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices.
Provides technical and process knowledge for water treatment/waste water, product batching, product testing,
package testing and supplier capability.
Supervises and direct QA lab activities Implements and monitors quality policies Writes procedures and reports.
Drives continuous improvement.
Comply with periodic surveys and audits made by customers and provide information where required Lead the ISO
program for the Company.
Maintain related records, files in up-to-date condition.
Follow established company/department rules and regulations and maintain quality standards.
Serve as liaison between the Company, its customers and supplier partners for senior management reviews of
performance, long term planning and problem resolution.
Conducts internal audits of departments for compliance to established programs and reports opportunities for quality
improvement.
Establishes training to enable departments to conduct periodic self-inspections.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a BS Degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
Should be SAP trained in all Quality Assurance models.
Prefer process industry experience (chemical, plastic polymer).
Should be Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
Should have strong MS Office products knowledge and skills.
Should have strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
