Jobing Description

SUMMARY:

Primary responsibility for the Return Authorization Coordinator is to provide telephone support, RMA issuance and status for customers requesting the return of an Instrument to Extech for Credit, Warranty Claims or Repair.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and faxes in a professional and timely manner offering a high level of customer care
Provide product information, return authorization requests and spare parts requests to internal and external customers
Complete paperwork for returned products through to billing process
Follow-up on in-house activities to provide accurate and detailed information to customer requests
Track incoming credits to be processed, log into SAP and locate all pertinent invoice and purchase order detail.
Interface with Finance regarding credit process and terms
Close out Return Authorizations in SAP as they are completed
Processing NIST and Repair orders for return shipping to end-users and distributors
Call-backs for payment, repair authorization and information on units returned without RMAs
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail Oriented
High School Diploma
Ability to multi-task in a team oriented fast-paced environment
Outstanding Customer Care and telephone skills
Fluent English; Bilingual a plus
