Job Description Summary

We are seeking a qualified, self-motivated, safety minded, detail oriented, customer-oriented individual to fill the Sales position we have available in our Central New Hampshire and Southern Maine Seacoast region. The successful candidate responsibilities will include promoting the sale of stone products, working with Area Coordinators to maximize the use of stone products, establishing relations with contractors for promotion of Pike s stone products, and developing/submitting bids for construction projects requiring stone products. Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities are essential.

Preferences

A bachelor s degree or equivalent or two years experience is preferred. Interested individuals must have proficient computer skills and have experience with web based applications, MS Office products and MS Outlook or a similar email application. Knowledge of Viewpoint is preferred, but not required. In addition, the selected individual must make safety a priority and must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work extended hours as needed,

Other Information
This position may require long hours, night work, travel/overnights and/or weekend work throughout the season. Selected candidate must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public. The willingness to travel throughout the company and a valid driver s license are essential for this position.
