Job: Software Programming Assistant

Jobing Description

PURPOSE:
Performs general software related duties, which are varied in nature, but limited in scope. Applies software programming technique to complete assignments.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs general software assignment requiring application of basic programming techniques under direct supervision of software engineers.
Assists software engineers in the development and testing of software necessary to satisfy basic project requirements.
Receives direction and assignments in the form of detailed design documentation and explicit requirements from senior technical personnel.
Assists in the preparation of charts, diagrams, or reports necessary for software documentation and project requirements.
Maintains an effective working relationship with project personnel.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Skills:
Requires an Associate's Degree in computer science or its equivalent experience in computer and/or software technology.
