2+ years Store Management level experience in a fast paced, high volume retail environment
Outstanding communication and team development skills
Time management capabilities and the ability to effectively multi-task
Talent management: the ability to effectively recruit, screen, interview, hire and develop quality members for our amazing Store teams.
The ability to lead, coach and direct store teams to provide an outstanding customer experience
