Job Description
As an Advisor for Med D Enrollment, you will support a variety of Resource Planning and Workforce Management functions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses, using SQL and similar tools. You will also collaborate with key internal and external partners to gather and analyze needs and requirements for Long Term Forecasting. Some other critical components of this role include, building and maintaining Enrollment Forecasts, manage projects related to a wide variety of financial, utilization, and business needs, and assisting in determining appropriate staffing levels and adjustment recommendations in order to meet budgeted targets. Also you will maintain workforce management data sources access and provide Operations leaders with user performance data. This position requires interaction with senior leadership on regular basis as well as facilitating meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in data analysis and predictive modeling
- 2 years or more of experience with build and maintaining budgets and reforecasts
- Minimum 1 year or more of experience with Microsoft Office Excel

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience using advanced technical skills, with some experience in SQL
- Minimum 2 years of experience with statistics and workforce management
- Experience with relational databases
- At least 2 years of leader experience in Enrollment Production Applications such as EMA or Fazal

Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or equivalent work experience is required
