We are proud to say that our Minute Clinic team has been vital to CVS Health’s response to COVID 19. Most recently, the team has been rapidly opening and managing testing sites across the country. We are currently hiring team members to assist us with our COVID testing sites and interacting with customers in regards to the status of his or her testing. You will also assist in other areas of the business in providing Minute Clinic customer support as needed.

In this role, you will initially be assisting members with their questions in relation to their COVID testing, which could include the status, hours of operation, facilities that offer testing and/or costs related to testing. Through your confidentiality, skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience.

Our Minute Clinic employees have a high-energy culture and are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy while resolving the member’s questions on the first call. You have the ability to make an impact on others through challenging and fast paced Customer Care position.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM. Call center hours may change over time to accommodate customer needs. We will attempt to work with you on scheduling to help you navigate, and best manage other commitments.

We have a remote training program to ensure your success on the team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs. In addition to sixteen paid days off for employees, and we also offer an additional ten paid holidays, and if you work on a recognized legal holiday, you will receive holiday pay.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Call Center environment
- EPIC or any Electronic Medical record experience
- Healthcare experience (Medical billing, Coding, Hospital Unit Secretary, etc.)
- Healthcare certification (ex: Med Assistant)

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
