SALARY RANGE: Competitive salary and beneifts
The Business Office Manager is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the District Business Office, as well as the oversight of the District’s non-operating and student activity funds accounting and audit programs. Minimum of 5 years’ bookkeeping/accounting, business service management experience. Associates degree in accounting/finance/business-related area and supervisory experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills essential.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises and evaluates Business Office staff in the daily operations with A/P, purchasing, non-operating and grant fund accounting. Assists COO with review of monthly expenditures, revenues and budgetary compliance. Participates in the development of financial reports that provide District administrators with the necessary tools to make decisions in their area. Supervises the financial accounting and reporting for all non-operating funds. With the COO, manages the Student Activities Funds procedures and audits. Assists in any business related activities, and any other duties as assigned.
